BOM confusion

I made a post yesterday which I deleted because I only saw the electronics BOM and not the other. I've ordered all of that already.

Regarding the other BOM I want to make sure that's the rest of what I need and there's not another BOM hiding somewhere, is there? And I don't see the controller board on that. Is that the PCB referred to in the Gerber zip folder? I'm going to be putting this on my Ender 3 V3 KE. Do I even need a controller board?

The controller board is labeled "Electronics" and points to the MK4 folder. All the design files for the electronics are in the "3DChameleon Mk4 Electronics" sub folder.

I might need to get tested for dyslexia. Github's UI really messes with my eyes. The only other physical thing I can see is the zip beginning with 'Gerber.' I downloaded that and uploaded the files in the zip. Is this what it should look like?

And when I upload do I upload the zip itself? I tried exporting to one of the Gerber files but that was an incorrect format. I clicked the 'see example' on JLCPCB but it didn't take me to an example.

That's the board you're looking for. (It's showing all the layers.) There's also a BOM and a Schematic file there.

Right. That's the BOM I saw first and I already ordered everything on it from LCSC sans the stepper motor which I ordered on Amazon. So now I just need to order everything from the non-electronics BOM and that's it? As in that's all the parts? I'll just need to use the schematic to put it all together?
