the switch is on the print head, in next to the drag chain. it popped right back in, so nothing majorly broken on that front, and really just means i need to re think what im using to engage it. the struggle now is figuring out the gcode generator. it tried to start printing, but it seems like it immediately forgot where the switch was placed

That’s a neat idea, mounting it on the print head. Maybe power down the printer and then manually move the head around to see where it catches or could cause issues.

yeah, that was in a post i had seen someone else made for this printer. it looks pretty clean, now i just need to get it to work for me, haha. i think im gonna need to ask someone to hop in a call when they can. just gotta get the last few kinks ironed out
