So I installed this on on Ender 3 (non-Pro) and I seem to be running into jamming issues between tool changes. I already went ahead and replaced the included bowden tubing and swapped them out with Capricorn tubing. While this makes loading it by hand fairly easier, the tips of the filament formed by the custom gcode still have a noticable bulge at the end of them (1.9 mm thick according to my calipers) and this fatness seems to get stuck in the Y splitter, or even earlier on the way out of the dual gear extruder I have on my Ender 3. One way or another, between tool changes one filament ends up colliding with a previous filament in the Y splitter that is supposed to be out of the way.
Is there a way to increase the pressure of the gears on the MK2's extruder, or is there a gcode tweak I can make to eliminate the bulge?
FWIW, to install the Capricorn tubing I simply got some 4mm compressor tube connectors to connect the 4 tubes coming out of the MK2 (which I snipped down to a couple of inches) to the Capricorn tubing I added. The filament passes through the connector just fine.
Let's start with the first problem first... that seems to be the issue. Can you show me a video of it loading... as well as a picture of the top of the 3D Chameleon after you hit the home button (for 1 second.) It seems you're not aligned properly... is my guess. If that's the case, you need to tap and hold the button for about 22 seconds and watch for the cam to vibrate 3 times acknowledging that it has reset it's home position. (All the other problems are associated with the first.)
