The posted X1 profile is already a Mode 2 version... I'm pretty sure you can just use it as is from the Printables link. It should work just fine.
You can also just download the P1P profile, then copy the tool change portion that pertains to the 3DChameleon in the start gcode, end gcode and tool change gcode to the P1P profile as well.
