I'm new to 3D Chameleon. Mode 3 appears to recommend manual loading of filament. I'm finding it very difficult to push it past the cam into the PTFE. I have to believe someone has figured this out and would really appreciate whatever tips you have.

Its kind of a pain i agree. Essentially it comes down to cutting the filament at a sharp angle then kinda of bending it in the direction it needs to go then force feeding it with some forwards backwards action and yelling at. The more you do it the the easier it is.
I struggled at first. Make sure to cut the filament at an angle. But I now find it easiest to let Chameleon feed it. Select mode 3, select appropriate T, and then hold the button, and it should grab it and take it through. Hope this helps.
