I'm working on installing on a Creality K1. In following the PDF, during step 5, I had to unplug the wires from the board to the motors to put the cover on and as part of mounting. Somehow I've managed to dork up the wiring. Now when I'm attempting to load filament, it instead is unloading (and vice-versa). I've wired in the display screen, which is working, and so I know that the board THINKS it's supposed to be loading when it unloads and such. I'm going to describe as best I can what I have, in the hopes that someone can tell me where I'm dorked up. When looking at the BACK of the printer, the filament is loading to the left side, with the bowden tubes coming off the right. On both motors the RED wire is on the top, with the black on bottom. On the board, the Black is on top with the red on bottom. I have NOT changed any of the wiring for the motor wires, so it's not like I crossed something when rewiring, just plugged in something backwards, however looking at the pictures in the PDF, it at least seems like I have everything working (and when I tested the 3dC prior to installing it worked as intended)

Two things... do not go based on colors... some cables have the colors reversed, depending on the batch of motors we receive. They're always keyed, so always use the keying to plug them in. As for which is which, they're labeled on the 3DChameleon main board.
In your comments, it almost sounds like you haven't homed it before trying to load/unload the filaments... if you don't do that, it won't know where the current position is... so always home it with 7 pulses first. It's good to add that to the start gcode... and optionally, add an unload in the end gcode, which our K1 profile already does.

Honestly not sure what I did, or how I corrected it, but it's working now.
did you maybe swap the motor cable?
