This may have been asked and answered before, or perhaps a version of it may have, but my search-fu has failed me.
I have an Ender 3V2 Neo. The PTFE tube goes into the same hole with the wiring for the hot-end and on the left side (facing the printer). I can't figure out which mounting is best to print for the 3dClippy, and how to not squish or cut the wires. Any suggestions?
I have decided to go full MK4Pro, BTW, after much to much time spent tweaking the tip-shaping g-code!
I thought it looked familiar. I've already done that installation. This was an early version of it, but same basic installation.

The Generic Auto 3DClippy will easily mount to that flat top using 3M VHB tape. The cable will fit behind the tube without issue.
Just rotate it by 90 degrees. You can find it here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/eDLXiIOsWrO-generic-digital-3dclippy
