Ender 5 S1 Orca slicer klipper g code help

I tried the mk3 code generator but all I got was error codes I'm new to 3d printing and g code not sure where to start or how to get there anyone that has installed 3d chamelon on one of these machines please help also has anyone designed a filament cutter for this machine if so help also thanks for any help

Can you tell me what you mean when you say, "all I got was error codes"? The GCode generator is designed for PrusaSlicer... in order to use it in OrcaSlicer, you need to change the variable for "temperature" to "nozzle_temperature". What other errors are you seeing?

If you're new to 3D Printing, I highly suggest you stick to PrusaSlicer to start since everything we do targets it first... that will eliminate having multiple variables to deal with and sort out. Especially since they're the same base slicer.

As for the 3DClippy, lets tackle the first issues first before we move to it... I'll be posting a new Automatic 3DClippy design later this week that will be universal and can adapt to any printer as a part of the Mk4 Pro accessories, so stay tuned.

I use OrcaSlicer too, so hopefully I can help. First of all, you want to double check all the settings (location of the switch, backout distance, etc) manually (slowly move the machine using the front control panel until you hear the switch click then write down the location, time it as it backs the filament out from the extruder to the Y, etc). Then you'll need to run the Generate G-Code script on the Mode 3 GCode page, and copy the entire thing into your Change filament G-code spot under your Printer settings/Machine G-code.

The M104 thing is the printing temperature. Like Bill said, OrcaSlicer uses different names for their variables, so once you've copied the code block you will have to find the part that says "temperature" and change it to "nozzle_temperature" ... more specifically, find the line that says "M104 S[temperature]" and change that to "M104 S[nozzle_temperature]".

I've ordered a 3D Chameleon but I haven't received it yet, so I can't be positive that's the only variable you'll have to fix. Let me know if you have any more issues.
