Filament will not pass the dual gear direct drive Titan Extruder clone (Neptune 4 Max)

Using an Elegoo Neptune 4 Max and have been going through hell trying to get this thing to work.

It seems after all the tweaking I did the problem lies in getting past the PTFE tube that is in the heat sink of the hot end assembly right before the nozzle.

I can hand push it through but for some reason the extruder can't.

Please help. I'll post pictures later when I can.

Have you tried changing that ptfe tube in your hot end?

I found during early on tip shapping I kept getting jams inside that ptfe tube before the nozzle on my N4 plus... but knock on wood, I havnt had that issue since I got tip shapping tunned nicely..

Make sure you flare the inside opening of the PTFE tube... if the filament isn't aligned perfectly to the center hole (with out the flare) it can hit and get caught on the edge. If you use the blade of your cutters and rotate it inside the opening of the tube, you can "ream" out opening so that it acts like funnel.

I have done that and just about everything I can think of. I've been scouring the web looking for any solution..

I wish there was a Klipper tutorial. I've posted a forum post before that explained in a lot more detail what I am going through. After doing anything I can think of including flaring my PTFE tubes wherever the filament goes in.

I've seen every video every one has made multiple times that has the words "3D Chameleon" in it. Can I email you for more personalized support? I've been testing like crazy and have gotten it successfully (the print was very bad because it needs tuning however it still did a tool change to all 4 multiple times) since that one successful print I have ran into a million other problems. Slowly fixed things one by one and now I have no clue what to do.
