MK3 2 filaments loading at the same time

No I'm saying that it's loading to at the same time. I don't have video because every time it does it the tube pops out. I'm sick of having to reassemble it every time. The hose is so beaten up now it won't hold anything and if I try to shorten it it'll make it ram even harder in to my extruder. And then just pop off again. I'll get you Gcode in a bit because I'm not there right now.

I'm over putting this thing back together. I payed way too much for something that doesn't work.

the top and bottom holes on the left hand side are both moving together, this has nothing to to do with the Gcode but, Gcode as follows
