Hello, I recently purchased a Mk3 3D Chameleon to use with my P1P. It was working great although I want to have a single bowden tube go through the case into the print head. A little browsing the forums saw I could set the retraction distance to any arbitrary amount with a firmware update to 3.1. Got an Arduino Uno shortly after that and figured out how to load it.
Now after loading it and setting up the chameleon for a test when the switch is pressed all i get is the motors vibrating no more pulses or movement of the mechanism.
This is the last command / and printout when programming:

Any help is appreciated, thank you!
Any idea on my next steps to troubleshoot this issue?
Can you try to restore it using the Mk2 firmware? Let's make sure you're hardware is still working.
