Where it says;<<< Start Of Tip Shaping- Remove If No Cutter! >>> Am I to remove the top shaping code since I don't have a 3DClippy, or just remove the part about the cutter code?

That's a mistake... it should say to remove it if YOU HAVE a cutter. You need it if you don't have a cutter.
